Waivers
We take your safety very seriously at Golden SnowMX. Upon entering a rental agreement we require all guests to sign an assumption of risk and damages and a liability waiver prior to departure. Please see a copy of our waiver and let us know if you have any questions.
Rent & Ride
All snowbikes will be either delivered by arrangement or loaded in a truck or trailer. If a delivery arrangement is made we will deliver machines only, you will drive your own vehicle to the trailhead. The fee for delivery is $150.
Trail Passes, Fuel and Helmets
Fuel is based on actual usage. Machines leave full and the renter is responsible for returning the machine full of premium gas only. If we are delivering the snowbikes we will simply fill the machines on our way back to the shop and charge the credit on file. Trail Passes are sold by the Golden Snowmobile Club at all trailheads, and are the responsibility of the renter/rider. Helmets and Avalanche equipment are available for rent from Golden Snowmobile Rentals
Damage Deposits
We require a damage deposit of $2500 per machine. If damages to the machine exceed the damage deposit the renter/rider is held liable for the remainder of the damage. The renter /rider is responsible for all damages, recovery & replacement costs. This includes any rental days missed due to down time. The machine is considered the responsibility of the renter until returned to our office. We reserve the right to hold deposits for 48 hours after return of the machine to inspect its condition prior to returning the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of a Golden SnowMX cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows or early returns/ unused days will be charged full price.
Additional Information
All operators must have a valid drivers licence and must be 19 years or older. Use of the machines is prohibited by anyone whose riding ability is impaired by alcohol, drugs, fatigue, medication or jetlag.
